Anxiety can quietly take over your thoughts, body, and daily life. I offer personalized, compassionate support to help you understand what’s driving it and how to respond differently. Depression

Depression can feel heavy and isolating. This is a space where you’re met with empathy, understanding, and practical support. Together, we’ll work at a steady pace to reduce its weight, strengthen emotional wellness, and build a bridge toward renewed hope—helping you reconnect with yourself, your energy, and what feels possible again.

Growth & Development

This work is built on one core truth: everyone arrives with a desire for growth. Some carry deep challenges, others quieter shifts, yet each person identifies places ready for change. Most seek greater satisfaction, meaningful connection, and a stronger ability to love—both themselves and others—more fully and with intention.

Loss/Grief

Grief shows up in many forms, including the loss of beloved pets. I offer compassionate support and healthy grieving tools to help you process loss and tend to unfinished emotional pieces that linger. Together, we work toward honoring what was lost while building a steadier bridge back to daily life, meaning, and emotional ease.

Marital/Relationship
